What is expressive writing?
In expressive writing, you write about your deep feelings and connected thoughts without editing yourself in order to make sense of intense experiences. It is a method to connect yourself to your past, present and future. You are invited to express what has previously been unexpressed in your life. Skill and confidence in writing or creativity are not necessary.
